@M Cook I think that's exactly the issue they are getting. I'm asking her to send me a screenshot. We don't use any Outlook plug-in. This is the only system we use that is not set up as single sign on with our email accounts so I'm curious if she's getting a different error message and thinks it's related to this. @KevinJ of Kansas I also think it's a similar issue but I have to tread carefully with this user.
