Our Salesforce admin set up a web service between our Salesforce and NetSuite instances to creates journal entries every night from data entered in SF by our users. It has been working without issue for a long time, but a user recently noted that a journal entry that was entered as 2,000,000 in SF was entered in NS as only 1,000,000. Our SF admin said he received no errors on his side. I want to see if there were any obvious errors in NetSuite that would cause the amount to be incorrect. Where could I find this information?
