I'm hearing from my agents that there's a recent surge of customers are calling in saying they aren't getting our notification emails (on order receipt), however in their customer record it shows there that it was sent. Apparently more than ever over the last couple of weeks. Any thoughts on this? I can't find where the trouble might be.
