@michoel I was thinking more of for example in a rent contract, the recording of the vendor bill would be automated if every month we are billed for the same amount. Is there a feature for transactions like this aside from creating a memorized transaction?

What are you missing that a memorised transaction doesn't handle?

@michoel actually if it was up to me memorized transaction should be sufficient but potential client is asking why there isn't a feature like the Billing Schedules(in the sales order side) in the PO side esp. since they should work pretty much the same(recurring billing).
