A user reported that after our 2019.2 upgrade, she no longer had permission to Make a Copy of journal entries. She insists she was able to prior to the upgrade, though her role's "Journal Approval" permission was set to "None." Is there any way to confirm that she indeed was able to make a copy prior to the upgrade? And if not, I gave her the "Edit" level for "Journal Approval" so she could complete her work, but I want to make sure she cannot actually approve journals since she is entering them - should this be accomplished by a workflow?
