We're just really trying to make it easier for our Sales Assistants to find customers. Before I started, if they couldn't find a customer in 10 seconds, they would just create new customers... leaving us with many many duplicates. Then it was "too much work" to merge customers, and now we have thooooousands of duplicates🤭
