our main use case for using the address override is for companies that provide us with 4 or 5 lines of street address. Seems like it's usually addresses from the U.K. or Mexico. Since there are only lines 1-3, we set those, but then use the override text to insert the additional lines of address text. thankfully we don't have to collect taxes for either of those countries yet.
