Use email template with variables e.g Hello ${customer.name}

How we will customize it. could you please let me know the steps. actually the email trigger when user click save and email on payment record

@Damree Ilyaad actually we need to change the template subject and body when user click save and email on customer payment record.

As you mentioned, an automatic standard email is generated. I think only the author or the owner of the script get that mail. I will see this issue from my side and let you know later.
