Is anyone else seeing issues with the Tax Code workflow not working after the 2019.2 update?

only had one glitch and it was on CSV upload of transactions.
Had to go to Setup/Accounting/Set Up Taxes &amp; for a particular country had to change "TAX CODE LISTS INCLUDE" from Tax Codes Only to Tax Groups and Tax Codes (it had been working fine until upgrade)
