has anyone used SAP and wants to comment how viable it is as an alternative to NetSuite?

I have limited experience in SAP but from what I've seen NS is definitely more user-friendly and much easier to customize reports. SAP uses transaction codes to access different modules which makes no sense for a new user(ex. type fbl3n(what?) to access GL module). NS is pretty straightforward with its tabs and you can personalize your access to show only information relevant to your specific responsibilities. NS does have its limitations though. Some of them pretty basic you'd wonder why it's not there.
