Where you based because in UK it will only initiate during midnight so have not downtime for us so far..

I'm based in the UK but work on a US instance - so the upgrade time fell on the start of my day

Yes - received messaged about 20 minutes ago that upgrade is complete. Instance is up and running as expected. We are California company with our instance located in Pacific NW data center.

Same here in CT. 2019.2 upgrade scheduled from 3am-5am and we're still down.

still down in Philadelphia. Just got an email from Netsuite that says my 2019.2 upgrade has been delayed and they will reschedule. Still not able to login though.

Well I'm getting errors now when trying to use, so I guess I can't say that we are back.
