Question about tax codes - a number of our tax codes are set with the local subsidiary and also for our global (parent) subsidiary (we use OneWorld). They are only used the local subsidiary. To be able to edit any of the local subsidiary's account records associated with these tax codes, I have been told I have to go into the tax code, remove the "Global" selection from the subsidiary list. Is there any obvious reason I'm missing that we shouldn't do this? I can't see why the tax code should be associated with the parent subsidiary if it is only for the local country. (None of these tax codes have the "Include Children" text box checked anyway and no one uses just the "Global" subsidiary designation.)
