Does anyone happen to know if the Project Management functionality in Netsuite is a separate/paid module? I'm attempting to enable that feature, but I only see projects in the list of features to enable. Even after enabling "Projects", I still can't see a way to create a project anyways.

Can you go to List - Relationships (yes) - Projects > New?

Projects doesn't display as an option for me there (logged in as admin / classic center). That's why I'm thinking it is a separate/paid module.

Basic Projects (aka basically just sub-customers) is free. Project Management which is what you actually need for anything you can't do with just a subcustomer anyway is a paid module. Both of them need to be enabled in enable features though, IIRC.

correct, you do not have SuiteProjects aka Project Module
