@blue You'll need to ask NetSuite to provision this for you, or via your NS Partner. There's a new specific form to fill in for this now.

Btw, can you explain what is the difference between SuiteApps and Suitesolutions? And would the process of getting them as a feature in a demo account be the same? Thanks..

SuiteApps are third-party offerings, adding additional functionality to NetSuite for a cost. SuiteSolutions are a collection of customisations created by NetSuite, now provided free of charge. Adding them to a demo account would need you to contact the same people who issued you with the demo account.
