I suppose .01% of 8,760 calendar year hours would be 87.6 hours. Personally, I can't remember the last time I saw it totally down for more than an hour or so. For me, it's been infrequent

Sounds about right, I think I only saw it once last year and it was about an hour.

It seems to go in spurts. They'll be fine for months and then have 2-3 incidents within a couple weeks. A couple years back, there was a pretty major incident that made the system effectively unusable for most of 3 days. I think they still refused to refund anyone though because you could still login. You basically couldn't do anything but login, but I guess that's their threshold for 'uptime.'

3 days down would be atrocious!
