I cannot create an Inventory Count of items that are listed accurately in Bin Number Order. There appear to be 2 options for sorting the Inventory Count - the 'Supply Chain Preference' for 'Sort Inventory Count Sheet By' and then the 'Sort Rows by Bin' tick box on the Create Inventory Count screen. The 4 combinations on these options create 4 different results in the order of item on the Inventory Count and the Inventory Count Sheet: Supply Chain Preference - Sort Inventory Count Sheet By - Item Create Inventory Count - Sort Rows by Bin UNTICKED Items sorted by ITEM column on screen Items printed in ITEM number order, no order to bins within items Supply Chain Preference - Sort Inventory Count Sheet By - Item Create Inventory Count - Sort Rows by Bin TICKED Items partially sorted by BIN column on screen - using BIN INTERNAL ID (not name) Items printed in ITEM number order, no order to bins within items Supply Chain Preference - Sort Inventory Count Sheet By - Bin Create Inventory Count - Sort Rows by Bin UNTICKED Items sorted by ITEM column on screen Items printed in BIN number order Supply Chain Preference - Sort Inventory Count Sheet By - Bin Create Inventory Count - Sort Rows by Bin TICKED Items partially sorted by BIN column on screen - using BIN INTERNAL ID (not name) Items printed in BIN number order As you can see from this, only the first option has the items in the Inventory Count and the items on the Inventory Count Sheet in the same order (which is vital for accurate data entry). However, due to the size of our warehouse it is also vital that we count in Bin number order, but this is currently not possible. The 4th option shown above would appear to be the one we should want to use, but the fact that it sorts the Inventory Count by Bins using the 'Internal ID' of the bin name is causing us a major issue. How do we resolve this?
