so may i should phrase this another way. our current process is we don't enter the bill until the inventory has been received, and then we pay it immediately. I think this causes us to wait too long to enter bills since we have to manually go back and look. what i'd prefer my employee do is enter the bill when they receive it, and we just don't pay it until the inventory is received in the warehouse
