I've been working on NS for about 7 years and over 20 years in development including Mainframe, and various "desktop" languages. (Lotus Notes / .NET etc) I have worked on many small and large projects and even as the Lead in a startup / subsidiary to a multi-million £ business that bought in to NS. Everything I know about NS has been learnt on the job, and therein lies the issue, I'm not a pushy dev and doubt myself around my peers.
