Upon checking your license for SuiteAnalytics, it should still be Active until 3/31/2020. You can also check your Audit Trail for the Enable Features. On the Enable Features page, go to More on the upper-right portion, and then Audit Trail. You can check when and who disabled the feature.

After that, you can contact your Account Manager so they could check why the feature was removed. Here is his contact details.
