Is the nexus always driven by the shipping country? I have a customer invoice with shipping country of USA. The subsidiary's country is UK but the base country is USD. With this, the Tax Codes available are for USA (because of the shipping country). Is there a way to have a shipping country of USA but tax codes of UK? Or should I just create custom field for the shipping address, so that it won't affect the tax code?
