Good insight @James Morris How can we determine its under 99.5% though? And I'm not quite sure how to auto the tracking for the uptime for the integrations since that's separate than just the login page 😞

On average there's 91.25 days in a quarter, so essentially you have to be down for a whole day (11 hours) to get over the threshold

Integrations don't count for your SLA usually, since you're technically still "up", but good to keep track of it for renewal negotiations with your support rep. Be like "I'll pay more if you guarantee uptime for my integrations" (which they can't/won't do) 😁
