Sorry for the basic question but why can’t I access KPI scorecard DB on the NS personalization.
Our company has this feature enabled within Set up > Company > Enable Features > Analytics.
I have my personal preferences check with KPI scorecard with period specific…
What else am I missing here

Do you already have some on your dashboard? There is a limit on how many you can have on each dashboard

No. I don’t have any KPI’s on my DB and can add other KPI features, just not the scorecard

Admin Role and I have KPI scorecards built, it’s weird but I logged out and then back in and it works
