Hi All, Sorry for the basic question but why can’t I access KPI scorecard DB on the NS personalization. Our company has this feature enabled within Set up > Company > Enable Features > Analytics. I have my personal preferences check with KPI scorecard with period specific… What else am I missing here

Do you already have some on your dashboard? There is a limit on how many you can have on each dashboard

No. I don’t have any KPI’s on my DB and can add other KPI features, just not the scorecard

Do you have any KPI scorecards if you type KPI scorecards in the global search?

Admin Role and I have KPI scorecards built, it’s weird but I logged out and then back in and it works
