You can import BAI2 files with the Financial Institutions module.

We use the financial instiutions suiteapp for this purpose and it works well!

Agreed. I was concerned about reliability at first, but it rarely fails.

It's for automatic payments. But lockbox bai2 is not supported for now

I am pretty sure netsuite has new functionality that can create customer payments from the bank rec bai2 files and match them to the invoice

Not all bai2 formats are supported

what is the transaction code in the bai2 files for lockbox?

It starts with 400 and 600

and how do you currently reconcile the customer payments versus the bank rec transactions
