Does anyone have a good recommendation for an employee purchasing platform that integrates with NetSuite...We also want it to work with Slack if possible because that is the current process we use to initiate a purchase and the purchase approval for our employees. Teampay is a little pricey..We user concur for expense travel, but we want to change platforms for our employee purchasing

SquareWorks - recommended. Do not need licenses, does approval via email, whatever workflow you want. Also does OCR and other little things like printing checks on any check paper (no prebuild forms required). Not getting any $$ for recommendations 🙂,

why not just use the Netsuite's out of the box procure to pay option along with free Suiteapproval for purchase approval?

No netsuite's base procure to pay cannot do that. You can check out Procurify (they were working on P-Card). For AP automation side Tipalti, MineralTree and Avidxchange does offer virtual one time credit card, but they can be expensive.
