02/08/2023, 5:22 PMI have a user who is unable to see a Discount Item (Discount for Sale Item) on a Sales Order Transaction.
The drop down selector for Discount Item is empty. The Discount Item appears for a second user with a similar role. Any permission or settings that would limit the Discount Items that appear on a Sales Order?

I would recommend logging in as the same role as the person who can't see the field. You'd do this by assigning yourself the same role, log out as admin, and back in as that role. Is the Discount item visible on a sales order for you when you log in with that role's permissions set?
