What could cause an Unexpected error when trying to deploy or fetch the Extension I have updated the Extension managment tools, and was able to deploy without issues a few weeks ago, I have the the 14.19.0 node version

Trying to add a new token to  be able to deploy I got this issue

Paper trail to fixed this I needed to delete everythin from my extensions folder install teh Extension tools again and was able to fetch and deploy the extension

I'm getting an `Error: Invalid login attempt.` with an install that worked last week. I haven't touched it since. I'll try reinstalling the tools again. :slightly_frowning_face:
