Hey <!everyone>, I don't normally ping everyone but this is a special occasion. It is our 3 year anniversary and on this special occasion I am pleased to announce the release of a brand new resource for all members. We have a new QA site at https://netsuiteprofessionals.com where members can ask and answer questions, search for previously asked questions, etc. Everyone should be receiving an email within the next few hours saying the same. Hopefully it gives another method for us all to collaborate and become more efficient with NetSuite. If you have any issues or questions regarding the site please let me know. Thanks!

Are you looking at putting all the previous questions from here, on there?
s
Hell yeah @kyle! Nice job! Your work here is VERY much appreciated 🔥🔥🔥

@MikeERPG good question. I don't think so, at least not myself. I am looking at launching a slack archive site though where we can search previous slack messages.
m
Would be good, but i suppose its a big task to grab all the questions and answers and sort them out. Still, great work and im sure we will all be using it 🙂
s
There are few of the top contributors were beta testing. What we were thinking is to start adding the most frequent questions asked, then on it can grow organically.

This is AMAZING. Thanks so much.

Thanks Kyle! Do answers still age out after about 2 weeks even on the Q&A site? I like the idea of an archive, also there is an interesting plug-in that might help if you haven't seen this -- https://www.onebar.io/
k
thanks @Erik at Oracle NetSuite no the QA site will not lose age out like the slack does. The archive site should mitigate the aging out of messages though.

If you have a chance to review that onebar plug-in I'd be interested to hear your feedback (you can message me directly)

This is great! Looking forward to being able to search for solutions already offered and having a central location to reference.

@kyle maybe I missed it, but is there a way to change notification settings on new site? for instance, I do not care to get an email if another answer was given on a thread I provided an answer on. Thanks
k
can't be set individually I know that.

Nota huge deal, but I just tried to post a reply to a question, was prompted to login (I guess I wasn't already logged in), and after login my reply wasn't there.
