Has anyone gone through or know if it’s possible to change what edition of NS you’re using during the renewal process. We’re currently using the mid-market WD edition and we’re attempting to qualify if there is a smaller/lower edition that might work for our business and offer cost savings. We’re not getting much support on this from our NS account manager - not surprising. My understanding is the Demand Planning module was the feature that forced us into the mid-market edition and we weren’t able to take advantage of that feature nor do we plan to moving forward.
