Does NetSuite have a recycle bin where deleted files can be viewed and restored for a certain period of time?

I'm pretty sure not. It is one of the features I wish they'd pick up from Salesforce. That and the ability to login as another user.

If it's any help you can do a deleted records search.

That feature is known as your sandbox account that you haven't refreshed in a while. 😆
