Hi all - when is everyone upgrading to 2019.2? We're supposed to be allowed to choose our release date and NS support is telling me that 10/18 is the absolute last release date. I'm a little skeptical, because in years/releases past, they've been rolling XXXX.2 releases well into November and sometimes into December.

ours is 10/18. interesting that they said you could choose - i've requested this in the past and they told me i have no control over it. unless it's an option with a higher level of support or higher overall agreement?

Yeah, you have to be a tiered account. Which didn't used to, but now this year comes with a 30k-50k additional charge on top of all your other licensing

Tiered accounts have always been expensive. I didn't think you got the option to choose your date until you hit private server level though

Used to be that you just got a tier based on your overall footprint/value to NetSuite and it didn't cost extra, but I think only Tier 1 and Tier 0 got to choose. Now that they've officially instituted them and started charging everyone through Tier 3 gets to choose.
