09/03/2019, 2:51 PMThis should be a pretty simple user event script. That said - creating the folders is one thing - tying things uploaded in that folder from somewhere other than the customer record to the customer is another. Also - tying the folder to the customer for all new attachments automatically would be a different challenge as well.
