08/30/2019, 12:38 PMCustomization -> Script Deployments -> Filter via User events. You should find Item substitute Item UE - deployment. Then edit and put into testing state

08/30/2019, 12:44 PMSomething on Item substitute functionality(locked script don't know what) is disabled but it should work as HotFix. NetSuite has taken issue into U1 - urgency level so I think that this will be fixed before Monday.
