Q: Without creating a specific field "Created By" on the customer card; is there anyway to find out who made the customer card by pulling the system notes into a search?

This should work for most scenarios. It might not be 100% effective. I feel like you could have one created without system notes getting documented - but you'd have to try really hard to get the perfect setup.

Sandbox. Records that predate Sandbox refresh won't work with this. Duh. I knew I'd seen records with no system notes - just couldn't put my finger on it.
