Check your internal ID s I'm not aware of any native fields for pick and pack date on sales order

They do, yellow box is the pick pack ship date from SO, the black box is the related item fulfillment. Those 3 fields only refer to the item fulfillment date

I mean, add those fields to your search in a formula field and share those IDs. This sounds like a custom formula

The IDs are, pick date {tranpickeddate}, pack date {tranpackeddate}, actual ship date {transhippeddate}

Guess I'm wrong. Those ids look native. I'd call support and report a defect
