If anyone is looking for a Ticketing / Task Management app within NetSuite - Here is a great one my team and I built. An entry popup is called via a Chrome Extension and task or support request is created within NetSuite and routed to next action owner. We are now looking for a few Beta users. Please let me know if you or any of you clients would like to try it out. 🙂

@Ixion Yes, it creates the request on the account from which you triggered the chrome extension

we dont have a sandbox right now. I will make i note of it though!
