In addition to this Chrome /NetSuite ticketing we built a Dashboard for NetSuit users to track their support requests and be informed when UAT is required from them. It also allows them to see what major NetSuite optimization projects are currently ongoing for their team, department our entire company. Kind of an internal “New Release” schedule to get users excited about the work you are doing to help the business be more effective 🙂
