Hi all, can someone give me some advice on the best approach to debugging problems with CyberSource credit card processing? I have a client that is live, but when the enter a credit card number on a sales order, they get an error something to the effect of "save credit card information, non authorization". The CC information does appear in the payment tab of a sales order, but is not charged. I don't really know where to go from here. Thanks!

Is there not a sublist under the payment method tab that has a 'view details' button on the right hand side?
I've never worked with CyberSource but I know worldpay works that way, I've discovered errors such as city values in billing address not set etc.

@jmacdonald thanks for you reply. There is a details link and it shows all of the CC information as if it worked. that is no error messages and the "raw response" tab is blank.
It looks like the cc transaction was approved, accept the "credit card approved" checkbox was not checked. So it definitely was not approved.
i ran another test and this time got an error message - "com.netsuite.erp.payments.credentials.PaymentProcessorCredentialsException: Exception while retrieving security certificate:". we opened a case with NS.
