@suitemike - we only use reports not dashboards, if you have the report open then the refresh happens in background, you do have to refresh browser tab for example, I believe dashboards and live datasets are more suited to Terry's kind of use case but again having anything like "real time" Power BI view of NetSuite Data wasn't doable when I investigated 18months or so ago. Even if you get around refresh limitation in Power BI then hit 15min interval restriction on NS side....
