This is to display all vendor whose last transaction is a year ago so that they can be marked as inactivev

08/06/2019, 8:58 AMthis filter is only for date created on same day 1 year ago for the vendors. It doesn't filter the last transaction date of the vendors so if vendor creation date is in 2016 but last transaction is in 2019, the vendor will still appear.
