Hi all. Could I know how to create a new pdf template for the custom record type please? I can't see any record type but just saved searches. I can't see any custom record type list

You mean for a specific custom record? If so, navigate to Customizations -> Forms -> Advanced PDFs Find your custom record there and create the template.

@NElliott as I added a screenshot, I can see Saved Searches, not Custom Record types there

I do not know how you arrived at that screen you show but if, as per my previous response, you are looking to create a print template for a custom record that's where you'd navigate to. If that's not what you're trying to do then I've misunderstood.

I know how to go to Advanced PDF templates page, but I didn't know how to create a new template from scratch for Custom Record Types. Anyway I just found out that there is a Standard PDF template for custom record type so that I can click Customize to create a new one

Good to know I hadn't misunderstood! I was going to go on to say customise the standard one to create a new custom one 😄 Have fun.
