Would you mind sharing your experience with pacejet?

Mostly good.  We almost everything through their portal which writes back to netsuite.  They aren't very willing to add anything custom, even if it's globally beneficial.  At the top, Ron, is great, very smart.  Their development team is very strong.  Their level 1 support for any issues that may come up...not great.

we ended up creating our own chrome add in to show images when you scan an item in pacejet

seems like such a simple feature to me, we have image paths in netsuite, we send them image paths, they display image when we scan item...presto...but they said no, so we hacked something together in a chrome add in

scan an item # into that field in pacejet and we query netsuite for the image path, and display it on the screen

helps us ensure that the right item is going in the box

speed is OK, unlimited users is helpful, able to print from different places....has some nice features, and doesn't really go downn

Hi <@UHQ6BDUAX> - I saw their demo and seemed like a great solution. We are currently using RF-Smart's packing station and it has a lot of limitations. I'm also going to take a look at ShipHawk. Regarding their pricing, would you mind sharing your monthly/yearly fee? I know it's all based volume but i wanted to get an idea if there is room for negotiation. Cheers

I checked out RF Smart pre-go live, and it just wasn't enough for me either.  We signed a multiple year contract and I want to say it's something like 1k/month, I don't remember exactly and I don't pay the bills...just implement :slightly_smiling_face:

Hahaha. I know what you mean. Unfortunately I came into this company after go-live so they had already signed with RF-Smart. So now I have to find a more robust solution. $1k per month sounds about the same as what I was just quoted. Thanks!

yeah, there may have been some discount on that for multi year contract.  Good luck, hope it works out.
