No offense to @Ogabeg but I'm not a fan of part time admins. You want someone that knows your configuration and data structure inside and out, and you'll rarely, if ever, get that with a part time admin. IMO, if you can't afford a dedicated admin, tap someone within your company to learn enough to keep things running/stable.
