I know that is a pain, at one time customer and vendors were like this, you needed to create separate records for each sub. Last suiteworld they promised that intra sub employee is coming till then you gotta create another record with usually an * at the end to employee name or sub related suffix or prefix. No other way dude.

yeah i assumed, what i did was change orginal name of the user by adding a number and then the new record i will use the non numbered name
