hey all - netsuite bank statement imports seems not to accept CSV imports even though it says it can. any clue as to why

are you getting a specific error? Suiteanswers has a few articles on bank statement errors

does netsuite take CSV as a import option

Seems like they are, but suiteanswers states that there are required column data, as well as a specified order

file keeps giving me a date incorrect format error, even though i am using the csv file NetSuite provides

Hmm, not sure guessing it's in MM/DD/YYYY format? I know excel sometimes formats dates all wonkily.
