07/09/2019, 8:57 PMI’m assuming there is something with the formatting before it’s converted to PDF that is causing this to occur on macs. I’ve had the issue on multiple machines

07/10/2019, 11:20 AMSame on my windows 10 PC. I tried redowbloading but still get the garbled mess in some sections. Very frustrating and surprising.

07/10/2019, 2:17 PMHi @vicdidia, I believe this could be an issue with that pdf's mapping of glyphs to unicode. Could you please try accessing the pdf through the help center instead and let me know if you still see the same unexpected characters?
