Hi all, we're in the process of integrating Returnly with Netsuite. If you're familiar with Returnly you know the return and exchange transactions are somewhat non-standard, particularly when a customer returns the exchanged item. Does anyone have experience mapping Returnly return or exchange transactions into NetSuite? Any insight or advice on best practice or methods that are working for you would be greatly appreciated.
