E-mails sent from transactions that can be found under the communication tab: Are they ever removed from Netsuites file cabinet unless you remove them yourself? Can we trust them to stay there forever?

Note: Message body is kept in email record ie in database and attachments are in file cabinet. With proper permissions both can be removed from the transaction reference. Also note that with proper permissions attachments can be deleted from file cabinet
