Hello everyone, i have a quick question..........I am trying to create a workflow for Customer -> Lead In 2 different netsuite environments ....... In the first one i can see selected Customer Record, and i can see Customer, Lead and prospect as the subrecords However in the second environment when i select Customer as Record....i can only see Customer as subrecord....i dont see Lead or Prospect....... (i have compared the Setup -> company -> enable featurs -> CRM configuration in both enviroments and are the same.....Lead Conversion is disabled in both....customer relantionship management is enabled in both)
