Hello, We have been working with SuiteCommerce for the past few years, and have faced a few issues regarding the SC releases. It will be great if anyone can help me with the following questions: • Is there a way to get notified via email of new/upcoming SC releases? • Is there a way to know when an account will get upgraded to the new SC version? While we already have an idea that it is not possible to know exactly when an account will be upgraded to the new SC version, my seniors still want to know if there is any way we can at least get an approximate date. This is important so that we can be prepared for when our clients’ accounts get the upgrade, and we can deploy the updated custom themes and extensions to their accounts.

Account owners and administrators are emailed these notifications. If you’re not receiving them then you need to contact support and have your email set as the point of contact.
