@jackie.marler @amy Our customer field has this for Field Help: "All companies or individuals that you have customer, lead, prospect, employee or partner records for will appear here.", so no need to try and add the employee as a customer, it should automatically link... again, it works fine as email capture for us, except for those employees who have email addresses tied to other customer, lead, prospect, or partner records in the system... then it uses the Anonymous customer because it doesn't know which one to use.
